About KAVACH

Kavach means armour.

We started in the foothills above Dehradun, with trekking clothes that wouldn't survive one monsoon. So we made our own, to the standard of the field gear we grew up around.

The brief we gave ourselves

Clothes that work as hard as the people in them. A cargo that holds up on scree, a tee that holds its shape through a summer of washes, and colours that stay dark.

Every KAVACH piece starts as a spec sheet and ends on a trail. Between those two points it goes through fabric tests, wash tests and a 120 km march, and we fix whatever fails.

We sell direct on WhatsApp because we want to talk to the people wearing our kit. Ask us anything about fit, fabric or a trail you're planning.

  1. 01

    Field first

Every pattern goes on a 120 km trial march before release. If it rips, frays or fades, we change it.

  2. 02

    Made in India

Cut and sewn in partner units in Tiruppur and Ludhiana. We visit, we pay fair, and we name our makers.

  3. 03

    Original, not issue

Our camo is drawn in-house. No service patterns, no insignia, no pretending. Civilian kit built to field standard.

  4. 04

    Built to last

Bar-tacks, triple-needle seams, vat dyes. Fewer pieces, worn longer. That's the most sustainable thing we can make.
