Terms of sale.

1. Who we are

kavach-demo.getsitenexa.com is operated by KAVACH Field Apparel, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. How orders work

• Sending your kit bag on WhatsApp is an order request, not a confirmed order.
• An order is confirmed only when we reply on WhatsApp confirming availability and the final amount, and you accept.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the listed price is clearly wrong. You get a full refund if you have already paid.

3. Prices & payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST.
• Shipping charges are shown in your kit bag before you send the order.
• We accept UPI, bank transfer and cash on delivery (up to ₹5,000). Prepaid orders ship after payment is received.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & returns.

5. Exchanges, returns & refunds

Covered in full on our Shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected.

6. Product information

We try to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary. Measurements may differ by ±0.5 inch. KAVACH sells civilian apparel. Our designs are original, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any armed force or government body.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the camo patterns, logo, photography and code, belongs to KAVACH and may not be reused without permission.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Dehradun have jurisdiction.
