Size exchange window
Shipping
- Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment, or of confirmation for COD orders.
- We ship across India with tracked courier partners. You get the tracking link on WhatsApp.
- Metro cities: 2–4 days. Rest of India: 4–7 days. Remote PIN codes may take longer.
- Free shipping on orders above ₹2,499. Below that, a flat ₹99.
- Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹5,000.
Size exchange
- Exchange any item for a different size within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached.
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order ref. We arrange a reverse pickup, free on your first exchange.
- The new size ships as soon as the return is picked up.
Damaged or wrong item
Send photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace the item, or refund you to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Not eligible
- Caps, once worn (for hygiene reasons).
- Items bought on clearance, marked “final sale”.
- Items that have been washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
