Ordering
How do I place an order?+
Add items to your kit bag, enter your delivery details and tap “Send order on WhatsApp”. Your full order list opens in WhatsApp, ready to send. We reply to confirm stock, the final amount and payment.
Do I need an account?+
No. There's no sign-up. Your kit bag is saved on your device until you send the order.
What payment methods do you accept?+
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer, or cash on delivery for orders under ₹5,000. We share payment details on WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.
Can I change my order after sending it?+
Yes. Reply in the same WhatsApp chat before we dispatch and we'll update it.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?+
We dispatch within 1–2 working days. Metro cities usually receive orders in 2–4 days, and the rest of India in 4–7 days.
How much is shipping?+
Free on orders above ₹2,499. Below that, a flat ₹99 anywhere in India.
Do you ship outside India?+
Not yet. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll tell you when we do.
Sizing & returns
What if the size is wrong?+
Exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags on. We cover the reverse pickup on your first exchange.
Do you offer refunds?+
Refunds are available for damaged or wrong items, reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery. Size issues get an exchange.
Product
Is this real military issue?+
No. KAVACH is civilian apparel inspired by field gear. Our camo patterns are original and we use no service insignia. We are not affiliated with any armed force.
Will the olive fade?+
Our olive is vat-dyed and tested to hold its shade past 50 washes. Wash cold, inside out, and dry it in the shade.
Do you do bulk or group orders?+
Yes. For trekking groups, NCC units, events and corporate teams we offer group pricing from 15 pieces. Message us on WhatsApp.
